Meeting Rooms

The Wellington Suite

The Wellington Suite is the hotel’s largest meeting room, situated on the ground floor to the rear of the hotel just off the reception area, consisting of two rooms with connecting doors. Both rooms are air conditioned and have free wireless internet access.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and very bright and light with large windows giving fabulous views of the gardens. The rooms benefit from having direct access to an external patio area and the gardens beyond.

The Darwin Room

The Darwin Room is situated on the ground floor to the front of the hotel off the reception area.

The room is air conditioned and has free wireless internet access.

Amelia’s Room

Amelia’s Room is situated on the first floor overlooking the front of the hotel. It is a traditionally decorated room with lovely large bay windows and a high ceiling. The room is air conditioned and has free wireless internet access.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and very bright and light with large windows giving fabulous views of the gardens. The rooms benefit from having direct access to an external patio area and the gardens beyond.

Leona’s Room

Leona’s Room is situated on the first floor overlooking the expensive and beautiful grounds at the rear of the hotel.

Grandly decorated with excellent daylight and a high ceiling, Leona’s room is also fully air-conditioned and has free wireless internet access.

Interconnecting Meeting Rooms

A suite of four rooms which all interconnect.

Each of the four rooms can be hired individually; or taken in any combination with the other rooms thereby giving the option to have a main meeting room with up to three syndicate rooms. The William Pitt Room is on the ground floor at the front of the hotel and the lobby gives direct access to the car park. All the rooms are air-conditioned and have free wireless access.

The Bowie Room has recently had an upgrade in equipment and now includes a 65 inch TV Screen with MeetingBar A30, an All-in-One Video Collaboration Bar.
